“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

  • Thank you, Lord, for 2023, for the joy of fellowship with You and one another, for the trials that have made us stronger and dependent on You, and for the blessings that we know will continue to come in 2024 because You love us!
  • Renew our minds with your Word: All glory to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding his blood for us. He has made us a Kingdom of priests for God his Father. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen…. “I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.” Revelation 1:5-6, 8
  • We pray for our loved ones going through tough times – health, economic, and financial turmoil – we pray they may let You handle their cares and disappointments.
  • We pray for the children who received shoebox gifts and learned about Jesus for the first time. We pray that You will lead each of them into Your kingdom.
  • In these unpredictable and seemingly volatile times, it is hard to see the joy and love in a world that has little peace. Lead us to trust in Jesus’ promise to bring light in the darkness and allow us to celebrate his grace and gifts of eternal hope, divine peace, the joy of new life and the constancy of God’s love for humanity even in the midst of troubled times.
  • We are struggling Lord because the excitement of Christmas is beginning to wane already. Lead us, Lord, to reflect on how wonderfully You work in our daily lives and remember the excitement of our eternity with You.
  • Let us think about your promise of abundance in heaven.  “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need…. Sell your possessions and give to those in need. This will store up treasure for you in heaven! And the purses of heaven never get old or develop holes. Your treasure will be safe; no thief can steal it and no moth can destroy it. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.”  Luke 12:31-34

  • 主啊，感謝在2023年與祢彼此相交的喜樂，一切的試煉使我們變得更堅強和倚靠祢，並心信及感謝祢在2024年繼續賜福，因為祢愛我們！
  • 用祢的話語更新我們的意念：並那誠實作見證的、從死裡首先復活、為世上君王元首的耶穌基督，有恩惠、平安歸於你們！他愛我們，用自己的血使我們脫離罪惡，又使我們成為國民，做他父神的祭司。但願榮耀、權能歸給他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。…主神說：「我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛，是昔在、今在、以後永在的全能者。」啟示錄1:5-6,8
  • 為正在經歷困難時期–健康、經濟和財務動盪–的親友禱告。願他們會把憂慮和失望都交給祢。
  • 我們為那些收到鞋盒禮物並第一次認識到耶穌的孩子們禱告。祈求祢帶領他們每一個臨到祢的國度。
  • 在這個不可預測且看似動盪的時代，一個幾乎沒有和平的世界中很難看到歡樂和愛。帶領我們相信耶穌的應許，為黑暗帶來光明，讓我們慶祝祂的恩典和禮物–永生的盼望、神所賜的平安、新生命的喜樂，以及即使在亂世時期神對人不變的愛。
  • 主啊，我們正在因為聖誕節的興奮已經開始消減而在掙扎。主啊，帶領我們反思祢在我們日常生活中奇妙的工作，並記住我們與祢永遠在一起的興奮。
  • 讓我們思想神對天國裡的豐盛的承諾。你們只要求他的國，這些東西就必加給你們了。你們這小群，不要懼怕，因為你們的父樂意把國賜給你們。「你們要變賣所有的賙濟人，為自己預備永不壞的錢囊、用不盡的財寶在天上，就是賊不能近、蟲不能蛀的地方。因為你們的財寶在哪裡，你們的心也在哪裡。路加福音12:31-34
