Prayers – May 18, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, Lord….
● for the many shades of colors we see in the world attesting to the magnificence of Your creativity
● for your mercy towards us even when we forget that You are our source of strength
● for watching over us and hearing our prayers when we do right. 1 Peter 3:12
● for the rest You give us when we are burdened. Matthew 11:28
● for making the ordinary seem extraordinary because You are always present with us
Have your way in us, Lord, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● loving everyone unconditionally, even our enemies. Matthew 5:44
● allowing the Holy Spirt to help us discipline our thoughts, words and actions. Galatians 5:22-23
● being kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave us.” Ephesians 4:32
● practicing obedience because those “who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me.” John 14:21
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for our brothers and sisters undergoing rehabilitation and treatment for various health conditions
● for safety for those who live, work or play in our community
● for our students preparing for final exams
● for those embarking on new life experiences
● for those who need to see Jesus’ nail-pierced hands and put their hand in Jesus’ wounded side in order to believe His resurrection

感謝主……
• 為我們在世界上看到的五彩繽紛色彩，見證了主創造的奇妙。
• 為主憐憫我們，即使我們有時忘記祢是我們力量的源泉。
• 為主看顧我們，垂聽我們的禱告，當我們行善時，祢就與我們同在。（彼得前書3:12）
• 為主在我們重擔時給予的安息。（馬太福音11:28）
• 為主使平凡變得非凡，因為祢時刻與我們同在。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 允許聖靈幫助我們约束自己的思想、言語和行為。（加拉太書5:22-23）
• 並要以恩慈相待，存憐憫的心，彼此饒恕，正如神在基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。（以弗所書4:32）
• 遵行祂的命令，因為“有了我的命令又遵守的，這人就是愛我的。”（約翰福音14:21）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為正在接受康復和治療的弟兄姐妹。
• 為那些在我們社區裡生活、工作或休閒的人能夠平安。
• 為正在準備期末考試的學生。
• 為那些即將開始新生活的人。
• 為那些需要看到耶穌釘痕的手，並觸摸耶穌被刺的肋旁，才能相信祂復活的人。
