Prayers – December 14, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
During this season of Advent, fill our hearts with the joy that comes from knowing your love. May we rejoice in the good news of salvation and share that joy with others during this season of Advent.
Thank you, LORD….
● that your loving eye is on us and that you instruct and teach us in the way we should go. Psalm 32:8
● for the familiar Christmas carols we love reminding us of the Jesus’ birth and why He came to us
● for all good and perfect gifts that come from You. James 1:17
● for surrounding us with wise and supportive brothers and sisters
● for your great love and compassion which are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● relying on the Holy Spirit to intercede for us because we don’t know how to pray according to God’s will. Romans 8:26-27
● changing our way of thinking to align with God’s perspective instead of the world’s. Romans 12:2
● demonstrating strength and courage for God is with us wherever we go. Joshua 1:9
● trusting in God by faith rather than trying to understand all things. We never enter the Kingdom of God by having our head questions answered, but only by commitment. John 14:6
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● that those in our church family who will be physically away from us this Christmas will experience the joy of Jesus in a new way
● for healing for those suffering from poor health
● for understanding in our children that Jesus is the best gift of Christmas
● for those dealing with death and destruction
● for CCC pastor search
● for opportunities to share Jesus during our holiday gatherings

“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
在這將臨期的季節，求主以祢那因認識祢的愛而湧出的深切喜樂，溫柔地充滿我們的心。願我們因救恩的好消息而喜樂歡唱，也願這份從主而來的盼望與喜悅，在這段日子裡流露出去、祝福我們周圍的人。
感謝祢，主啊……
• 主祢以慈愛的眼目時刻看顧我們，並親自教導我們當走的道路。（詩篇 32:8）
• 因為那些熟悉的聖誕詩歌再次提醒我們耶穌的降生，以及祂為何來到我們中間。
• 因為一切美善、完備的恩賜都從祢而來，滿有慈愛與慷慨。（雅各書 1:17）
• 因為主賜給我們智慧且支持我們的弟兄姊妹，使我們不孤單。
• 因為主祢的慈愛與憐憫天天都是新的，晨光中就能再次看見主祢的信實。（耶利米哀歌 3:22-23）
主啊，願祢在我們生命中成就祢的旨意。即使我們常想掌控生命的每個層面，仍求主祢引導我們更像耶穌……
• 教導我們倚靠聖靈為我們代求，因為我們常不知道如何照著神的心意禱告。（羅馬書 8:26-27）
• 更新我們的思想，使我們的眼光能與主祢的旨意對齊，而不是被世界帶動。（羅馬書 12:2）
• 幫助我們以信心依靠主，不是等所有問題都得到答案才願意信任主。因為我們進入神國，是靠著全心的委身與信靠。（約翰福音 14:6）
我們為CCC的弟兄姊妹以及在教會以外的人禱告，求神那良善、聖潔、可喜悅的旨意得以成全，即使我們不明白祂工作的過程或結果……
• 願那些今年聖誕節無法與我們同聚的家人，在他們所在之處，都能以新的方式經歷耶穌 的喜樂與同在。
• 為身心受病痛困擾的弟兄姊妹祈求主醫治與安慰。
• 願我們的孩子都明白：耶穌才是聖誕節最寶貴、最真實的禮物。
• 記念那些在面對失喪、破碎或艱難處境的人，求主成為他們的力量。
• 為CCC的牧者搜尋過程禱告，求主親自引領、預備合主心意的僕人。
• 求主賜下機會，使我們在節日期間能向家人、朋友與鄰舍分享耶穌的愛。
