To Think About: We often have questions that can rock our faith such as ‘why do bad things happen’. Many times we assume a cause and effect mentality.  In the case of the man born blind, that bad things happen due to something we or others have done. Jesus answered 3“His blindness has nothing to do with his sins or his parents’ sins. He is blind so that God’s power might be seen at work in him. However, bad things are part of reality, and God intends and can make something beautiful from something ugly. His plan is always to reveal himself to us.    John 9:3 GNT
