Help Needed for Operation Christmas Child – We are preparing shoebox gifts for Christmas as a way to share the gospel with children around the world who do not know Jesus.  Our church would pack items in shoeboxes and provide shipping costs and Samaritan’s Purse would add gospel materials and ship.  Rachel Chen and Jeremy Fan are coordinating this year’s program. Please help in the following ways – bring items to include in the boxes (small toys, crafts, school supplies, hygiene items), shoeboxes, boxes you have already filled with gifts, donations of money to help with items we buy for filling the boxes, or be a packing volunteer. All are invited to help pack at the shoebox packing party on Sunday, November 13 at 12 noon in the lower basement.  Click link for suggested items you can bring to the church on November 13 for the shoeboxes or visit the shoebox website:  See insert in the bulletin for more information or pick up a brochure with gift tag included from the narthex or literature display.
