“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

• Thank you, Lord, for giving us peace amidst chaotic and stressful situations.
• Thank you, Lord, for being my rock and my salvation, my fortress. Psalm 62:6
• Thank you, Lord, that Your grace is sufficient for us, for Your power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9
• Pray for healing and full recovery for Officers Annette Wong and MJ Davis severely injured while working in Chinatown.
• Pray for the families that have recently lost a loved one. Pray that God will open the eyes and soften the hearts of nonbelievers to ponder about the gift of eternal life through Jesus, as they see that believers do not grieve as others do who have no hope. 1 Thessalonians 4:13
• Pray for those struggling in the summer heat.
• May God guard the way of those on Summer travels.
• Pray for Summer Retreat speaker, Park, for wisdom and power in his teaching, pray for the participants that their souls will be revived through God’s message, and their bodies rejuvenated in the peaceful environment.
• We pray that everyone who will serve at the Vacation Bible School – volunteers, donors of materials – will truly exercise their gift of grace. …the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness. Romans 12:8 Also pray that the children will learn about Jesus not only from the bible lessons but from the examples of those with whom they interact during the week.
• We pray for those suffering with ill health, financial challenges, and emotional pain. May God bring strength and peace to them.

• 為最近失去親人的家庭禱告。求神打開非信徒的眼睛，軟化他們的心；當他們看到信徒不會像那些沒有指望的人一樣憂傷 (帖撒羅尼迦前書4:13),讓他們思考藉著耶穌獲得永生的恩賜。
• 為那些在酷暑中掙扎的人祈禱。
• 在夏日旅行的人，願神在路上保護他們。
• 為暑期退修會主講人Park牧師禱告，求主在他的教導中賜予智慧和力量；為參加者禱告，讓他們的靈魂能從神的信息中得到復興，身體能在安靜的環境中恢復活力。
• 我們為每一位在暑期兒童聖經班侍奉的人禱告—志願者、物資捐贈者—都能真正運用他們的恩典恩賜。…做勸化的，就當專一勸化；施捨的，就當誠實；治理的，就當殷勤；憐憫人的，就當甘心。羅馬書12:8也祈禱孩子們不僅從聖經課程中認識耶穌，而且從一周中與他們互動的人的榜樣中認識耶穌。
• 我們為那些被身體欠佳、經濟困難和情緒苦痛煎熬的人禱告。願神賜予他們力量與平安。
