“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”  Psalm 37:4

  • Thank you, Lord, for the perfect peace that comes when our minds are focused and our hearts trust in You. Isaiah 26:3
  • Thank you, Lord, that we are forgiven and purchased by Jesus’ blood. Revelation 5:9
  • Thank you, Lord, and the providential provider and protector of us who trust in Him. Psalm 33:16-22
  • Lord, we are in awe of your infinite nature, without a beginning, an end, or limits. We are grateful that You show us endless mercy, grace, and love.
  • We know You hate sin, Lord. Keep us from adopting worldly views justifying wrong, but instead repent before God for anything we have wrongly done or thought.
  • Lord, help us to realize that You put us in some situations, not for us to learn a lesson, but to be the lesson for others who do not yet understand the consequences of sin and the saving grace of Jesus.
  • Lead us to sit in Your presence, Lord, absorbing who you are through prayer and scripture.
  • We pray for our loved ones going through tough times – health, economic, and financial turmoil – help them to know You have your best plan for them.
  • We struggle, Lord, with stories of evil and danger all around us. Help us to keep our eyes on You, our protector and defender.
  • Let us think about your promise to respond to our prayers: “I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.” Matthew 18:19-20

  • 主啊，請幫助我們體認到，祢將我們置於某些境地不是為了讓我們學習教訓，而是為了教導那些還不了解罪所帶來的後果和耶穌的救贖恩典的人。
  • 主啊，帶領我們坐在祢的面前，透過禱告和經文攝取祢的一切。
  • 為正在經歷困難時期–健康、經濟和財務動盪–的親友禱告。幫助他們知道祢向他們所懷的是最好的意念。
  • 主啊，我們與周遭充滿邪惡和危險的故事掙扎。幫助我們專注於祢，我們的守護者和捍衛者。
  • 讓我們思想你回應禱告的應許：我又告訴你們：若是你們中間有兩個人在地上同心合意地求什麼事，我在天上的父必為他們成全。因為無論在哪裡，有兩三個人奉我的名聚會，那裡就有我在他們中間。馬太福音18:19-20
