Prayers – June 29, 2025
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
● for working out the little things in our lives every day
● for your Spirit living in us being greater than the spirit living in the world that tries to confuse and trick us. 1 John 4:4
● for the rest and hope we find in You Psalm 62:4-5
● for our gardens alive with color
● that the dawn of each new day reminds us of your love and faithfulness
Have your way in us, LORD, even as we fight to control each aspect of our lives, guide us to be more like Jesus….
● being diligent and applying all our energies to every task we undertake as if the tasks were assigned by God. Colossians 3:23
● sharing our resources generously realizing that all we have belongs to God. 2 Corinthians 9:6
● caring for one another in a gently manner, not with harshness and disinterest. 1 Thessalonians 2:7
● following through on whatever we consented to do even if at great sacrifice. Psalm 15:4
We pray for brothers and sisters not only at CCC but also outside our walls, asking that God’s good and perfect will be accomplished even though we might not understand the process or outcome….
● for Pastor Joanna who is adjusting to a new regimen of chemotherapy treatments
● for God’s healing in the physical body of Marcus Koo, brother of Pastor Charles, who is showing signs of improvement
● for Pastor Charles to adjust with patience for healing of his eyes
● that our plans for the Summer Retreat and Vacation Bible School will accomplish His purposes
● that our 90th anniversary celebrations will resound with gratefulness for what God has done at CCC
● that our missionaries will have their daily living needs met so they can spend their energies on sharing the Gospel

感謝主……
• 主祢每天為我們生命中微小的事安排妥當。
• 主的聖靈住在我們裡面，勝過那在世界上試圖迷惑和欺騙我們的邪靈。（約翰一書 4:4）
• 我們在主祢裡面得著安息與盼望。（詩篇 62:4-5）
• 為我們的花園充滿繽紛的生命色彩。
• 每天清晨的曙光提醒我們祢的慈愛與信實。
主啊，儘管我們努力操縱生活的各個層面，求主幫助我們按祢的方式行事, 讓我們變得更像耶穌…
• 殷勤工作，全力以赴地完成我們手上的每一件事，如同這些任務是主祢親自交付的。（歌羅西書 3:23）
• 慷慨地分享我們的資源，明白我們所擁有的一切都是屬於主祢的。（哥林多後書 9:6）
• 以溫柔的方式彼此關懷，而不是以嚴苛或冷漠的態度相待。 （帖撒羅尼迦前書 2:7）
• 信守承諾，即使需付出極大代價，也不違背我們所應允完成的事。（詩篇 15:4）
我們不只為CCC教會的弟兄姐妹禱告，也為在教會以外的弟兄姐妹禱告，即使我們完全不明白上帝的旨意為何，我們仍祈求祂完善的旨意成全。
• 為Joanna徐麗娟牧師禱告，她正適應新的化療療程。
• 為Marcus Koo（Charles辜牧師的弟弟）身體的康復禱告，感謝主，他已顯出好轉的跡象。
• 為Charles辜牧師禱告，求主賜他耐心適應眼睛的康復過程。
• 為暑期退修會與暑期聖經學校的籌劃禱告，願一切能成就主的旨意。
• 為教會的90週年慶典禱告，願這日子充滿對主過去作為的感恩與頌讚。
• 為我們的宣教士禱告，求主供應他們每日的生活所需，使他們能專心傳揚福音。
