Prayers – August 2, 2026
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
• for the nourishment we find for our souls when reading the Bible
• for our retreat leaders and those who worked behind the scenes to make the program possible
• for time to refresh and rejuvenate during vacations
• that our faith in Jesus helps us through whatever condition/situation we are in
• that Your rod and your staff protect and comfort us. Palm 23:4
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. are we getting nobler, better, more helpful, more humble, living like we have been with Jesus or are we getting more self-assertive, more deliberately determined to have our own way? “dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 1 Peter 5:5
Forgive us, Lord, when we have not loved You with our whole heart.
We pray for brothers and sisters and ourselves as we walk together as a family of God….
• that our missionaries may endure whatever struggles stand in the way of serving God
• that the children who came to VBS will keep seeking to know God more
• help us to be patient with those who care for us. May we have patience, gratitude, and words to express how much we appreciate their sacrifices made on our behalf.
• help us to keep our saltiness as we flavor the world with God’s love and truth. Matthew 5:13
• that we do not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9

禱告事項
“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
• 為我們讀經時靈魂所得的滋養獻上感謝。
• 為我們的退修會領袖以及在幕後擺上、使活動順利進行的同工獻上感謝。
• 為在假期中有時間休養、得著更新獻上感謝。
• 為我們對耶穌的信仰能在任何景況中扶持我們獻上感謝。
• 為主祢的杖、祢的竿安慰並保護我們獻上感謝。詩篇 23:4
省察與回轉：願主在我們生命中掌權，引導我們更像耶穌……我們是否變得更美好、更善良、更樂於助人、更謙卑，活出一個如同與耶穌同在的生命樣式？還是我們越來越堅持己意，更以自我為中心，堅持走自己的路？ 「你們眾人彼此相待，都要以謙卑束腰，因為神阻擋驕傲的人，賜恩給謙卑的人。」 彼得前書 5:5
主啊，當我們未能全心全意愛祢時，求主赦免我們。
彼此代求：我們為CCC教會的家人及我們自己，行走在這屬神的道路上祈求……
• 願我們的宣教士能勝過事奉神道路上的任何阻礙與掙扎。
• 願參加暑期聖經學校的孩子們繼續追求認識神。
• 求主幫助我們對照顧我們的人存著耐心。願我們有耐心、感恩的心，以及合宜的話語，表達對他們為我們所作犧牲和付出的感激。
• 求主幫助我們持守鹽的味覺，用神的愛與真理調和這世界。馬太福音 5:13
• 求神帮助我们不要在行善上疲倦，因为我們行善，不可喪志；若不灰心，到了時候就要收成。 加拉太書 6:9
