Prayers – August 30, 2028
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
Thank you, LORD….
• for the peace we have when we sleep, for You will keep us safe. Psalm 4:8
• for your comfort after we’ve suffered loss or been corrected or endured trials
• for disciplining us so that we may see the value of obeying your word. Psalm 119:67
• for strength and power for those of us who are weary and weak. Isaiah 40:29
• for Your whispers guiding us throughout our day
Have your way in us, LORD, guiding us to be more like Jesus…. being willing to love our friends as much as Jesus. “…he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.” 1 John 3:16
Forgive us, Lord, when we have been stingy with our gifts and talents.
We pray for brothers and sisters and ourselves as we walk together as a family of God….
• for church members to discern whether they can serve in Sunday School or in church leadership
• that we may be good stewards in taking care of the church with which God has blessed us
• for families with children to adjust well to new fall schedules
• for those struggling with activities of daily living
• for perseverance and commitment to do what we have promised God to do

禱告事項
“又要以耶和華為樂，祂就將你心裡所求的賜給祢。” 詩篇37:4
• 為我們睡眠時所享有的平安，因主保守我們安然居住。詩篇4:8
• 為我們在遭受損失、受到管教或經歷試煉之後，主祢所賜的安慰。
• 為主祢管教我們，使我們明白順服主話語的價值。詩篇119:67
• 為主賜給疲乏軟弱之人的力量與能力。以賽亞書40:29
• 為主在我們每天的生活中，以微小的聲音引導我們。
禱告：主啊，願主在我們生命中掌權，引導我們越來越像耶穌，使我們願意像耶穌愛我們一樣去愛弟兄姊妹。「主為我們捨命，我們從此就知道何為愛；我們也當為弟兄捨命。」約翰一書3:16
主啊，當我們不願慷慨運用祢所賜的恩賜與才幹時，求主赦免我們。
當我們作為上帝的家人一同走天路時，我們為弟兄姊妹和自己禱告……
• 求主帶領弟兄姊妹，在祂面前尋求並分辨自己是否適合參與主日學或教會領導事工的服事。
• 願我們成為忠心的好管家，妥善照顧上帝所賜給我們的教會。
• 求主保守有孩子的家庭，使他們能順利適應新的秋季作息。
• 為那些在日常生活中面對困難、需要幫助的肢體代禱。
• 求主賜給我們忍耐、堅定與忠心，使我們能持守並實踐向上帝所許下的承諾。
