For reflection:
  • How can we see signs of brokenness in our world today?  How do we see it in our own lives?
  • What aspects of the gospel are you drawn to? Which parts do you struggle with? Why?
  • How can we encourage ourselves and others to recognize the need for grace?

Part Two: Though we were intended for unbroken fellowship with our Creator, we chose to turn against God and our neighbor.  We are living in a world that is broken by the effects of sin.  Unless we recognize our brokenness and how we have fallen away from God’s “good image”, we will not see a need for God’s grace.
